You are canceling my service due to too high a volume of incoming faxes...and you are the company that sent the eFax to "justify" threatening to cancel my service so I will upgrade. What a laugh. All to get me to pay your annual fee. I have not sent or received faxes in months and eFax set up a NEW user agreement which triggered to d/c the account status of "free" eFxax customers.

If you had sent a notice that the free accounts were going away, I could deal with that, but to send me a HUGE eFax which resulted in your "justification" to cancel my account because I received a fax over 20 pages in a month is such a sleazy way of doing business. The other email I received was spam and never opened, just like the email from you...SPAM! Never downloaded by me and yet you sent me a cancellation notice. Dirty business tactics!

I can only hope that by me reporting this, other potential customers will not select eFax.
