I called to report it and sent pictures. called to check on status of my claim and no response I called and e-mailed but no response. they chased me down to business. I was ripped off by efficient transportation Inc. out of san diego,ca.  On JUly 8th, 2016 by this company. I was lied to as the end cost was $800 over which i had no choice to pay or lose my furniture or it stayed on truck. my furniture was scratched and ruined. I called and they said that they had insurance, so send pictures and they would take care of it. I sent pictures and she said she received them she said. i called to follow up a few weeks later and she reported that the insurance co. was backed up and i'd hear son. That was 6 months ago and i get no answer when i call at all. to the U>S> Department of Transportation I have a complaint # and was advised to get an attorney. They are going to investigate. They couldn't find a working # and sent a letter and intend to follow up.
