I cannot say enough regarding this company and the poor product product it sells. I was told by a sales rep that I could try the software for 30 days with a money back guarantee. With nothing to lose, I purchased the hosted system along with hardware.

Everything was shipped within a short period of time, however, once I installed the hardware and linked up the hosted system, the integration lacked formatting for the hardware that was provided. The receipt printer spouted out 11" receipts each time.

The POS system itself required far more keystrokes than other systems I've used in the past. The interface is the worst I have ever seen. This actually SLOWED DOWN SALES for my business. When contacting the company to format the touchscreen and credit swipe I purchased from Dell, they told me that I would need to buy one from them at 2x the cost.

Upon contacting effortlessE to resolve these issues, they could not do so. I was told simply that I did not read the Terms of Service (which is correct) and they would not refund my money. Now I am out $900. I take full responsibility for not reading the TOS, however I can only suggest anyone reading this to not patronize businesses that lie to make a sale. Your money is much better spent on a fully functioning system that will not hinder your ability to make money as a small business.
