efile cabinet I bought a system from Todd Lovejoy of this company, i sentquestionary on system, when the system came it was not able to do what it said it can do, I promptly returned it , I have since spoken to the, Utah

I bought software from this company through Todd  lovejoy,who has since left the company, although I sent a list of requirements, he  ticked all my concerns as yes,  I was asked to pay for the software upfront, when I got the software, it was a far cry   to what we discusses, I promptly returned it ,  and up to date I have not recieved my refund, when I  spoke to the ceo  he said what  I paid for was   to represent his company as a dealer . I then informed him that I do not wish to become a dealer since to software cannot do what is expected  as agreed.This is a rip  off.

In all fairness to the company, I feel that you should have tried to resolve the issue before reporting what would be considered a "fixable" Customer Service matter as being a "ripoff". I haven't been dealing with this company for a long time but I have had very positive experiences in dealing with them.

Had I been doing my research and came upon your report I would have made an assumption about the company that, by my experiences, would have been incorrect. Your actions may have caused damages to the company's reputation when this issue perhaps could have been resolved in numerous other ways. This is the internet, and one negative, incorrect comment could cause irreparable damages to an image that an organization has worked extremely hard to build up over the years.

I don't know all the details about your particular case as you did not elaborate in your report, but just from what you are saying, and from my experience dealing with this company, your report is INCORRECT. 

Just so you know, it took a lot of time out of MY busy schedule to be able make this post, but I felt it was worthwhile and important to do so. I hope your situation gets resolved to your satisfaction; however, in future you should think before making such strong accusation(s) in a public forum. Good luck.
