EFT I sign up for workout sesions and I just got my property stolen, the all staff watched the security video showing him ,my trainer, with my rings, but the Retro Fitness manager Tyler Tatum, never offered me a compensation about my loss. Nobody did nothing about it, just Darnell “trying” to find my rings having a sign “Reward for lost rings see Darnell” and after a month he remove the sign, so now I have no rings, no free training sessions and of course I don’t trust the staff. first, when i started retro fitness,  they told me (front desk employee) that i have a free one hour assessment, i scheduled my appointment for march the 29th and talked with darnell johnson  (EFT manager) he explained me all the options i have to get private training sessions. i agree to get 8 sessions a month for two hundred and forty dollars a month ($240.00) plus a one-time processing fee of forty nine dollars ($49.00). but he told me the system was down and i couldn’t sign the papers that day.

i start my training on april the 1st and on my second session (april 2nd)  with mr. darnell  johnson, during our “boxing” training he told me to take out my wedding rings and i gave the to him, after our session i totally forgot about my rings,  a couple of hours later i called him and he told me “i got them with me right now, don’t worry i’ll keep them for you, give them back tomorrow”.....next morning when i arrived to the gym he was really nervous and stressed, then he explained to me he got my wedding rings lost and to “compensate my lost he offered me a free training for 6 months and he will keep looking my rings until he’ll find them.  surprisingly after losing my rings he made me sign the 6 months agreement. never receive my “compensation sessions” and no rings have been found.  how can i prove he lost my rings: he told everybody at the gym,  he had my rings and now he couldn’t find them, the all staff watched the security  video showing him with my rings, but the retro fitness manager  tyler tatum, never offered me a compensation about my loss. nobody did nothing about it, just darnell “trying” to find my rings having a sign “reward for lost rings see darnell” and after a month he remove the sign, so now i have no rings, no free training sessions and of course i don’t trust the staff.  nobody can pay me for the sentimental value of my wedding rings, so, i’m just requesting the money me and my husband paid for them. but my lost is deeper than money and apparently nobody cares about the meaning of my rings, for us (me and my husband) those rings represent hard work, love, effort and commitment, that’s the reason i’m  writing this letter, because nobody cares about my feelings and my lost. 

So, they've charge me $240.00 per month and I couldn't receive my sessions, because Mr. Johnson was harrassing me, sexualy, once even tried to touch me when I tried to file a report with the manager they told me I have to called corporate and gave me the wrong number, the other trainer, Mr. Jhon Conway is my witness, he knows what happen, same the manager of the gym...when I contact the EFT about the matter, I was told: '...there's nothing we can do, you can sue Mr. Johnson for his misconduct and your property lost, but we are not responsible for anything he has done..." and then I tried to get my money back, I contact my credit card company American Express and they receive my complain, but after a couple of weeks I got an answer: there's nothing we can do....I couldn't took the sessions with that person and after what he did to me...and now I lost my wedding rings, my training sessions and of course my dignity.
