The company makes its workers work long hours. By law, a company needs to give workers a 30 minute lunch and 2 fifteen minute breaks. They offer a 30 minute lunch but no 15 minute breaks. If a worker doesn't cross their t's and dot their i's
according to the owners/managemen,t they will yell at you and can easily terminate a workers position.

The company has the sales agent read a 20 page script to senior citizens on the telephone. They pretend to be the senior citizens friend on the phone to make the sale. An agent who can only sell in Michigan will sell policies out of state. They put for a brief time an agent who can sell out of state on the phone. They said this is legal. In my opinion, it is unethical.
