I agreed to purchase a trial sized face cream for $4.99. Nothing more. And nowhere in the literature I read was it stated that there would be a nearly 90.00 debit monthly from my account. No one notified me or advised me that the $89.30 would be removed from my account. On top of the misleading and misrepresentation, they also even snuck in an additional 99 cent charge! Again, unauthorized by me. I contacted my bank to stop payment when I realized the charge was being processed. I also called the company and spoke to a very unpleasant young woman who was neither helpful or forthcoming in any way except to ask how I liked the product. These folks have no intention of allowing anyone to give the trial size any time to be used before taking more money from their account. 

I let the representative I spoke to know I had stopped payment and to stop any future shipments and charges. She seemed glad to tell me that if I have notified my bank and stopped payment there would be an investigation. Yes! There will be.

Do not buy from this company. And do not think for a minute you will be able to sample a product without being robbed!

They need to be more transparent if they expect to retain customers! They ARE NOT!
