Compurter bait and switch

On 4/18/00 I purchased a computer from egghead.com. I was overcharged from the advertised price, but I called them back and they said they would credit my account. I called on 04/19/00 to double check on the credit because my account was already charged. They reconfirmed that the order was OK and it would arrive on 4/20/00. The machine never arrived on 4/20/00 on 4/21/00 a Nana from egghead called to say that the machine I purchased was never available and they would offer me a lesser machine for the same money and the warranty was not longer one year but thirty days. I told them to credit my account immediately and they said I wouled have to wait another 3-5 days before I would see my money (in other words they would have my $529.00, for two weeks). I called back and spoke with a David K. a manager and he reconfirmed that there was nothing that could be done. Meanwhile they are still advertising that machine on their website as if it's available.
