Intended to order one set and take advantage of the free duplicate order.
Ordering process for this product was very confusing and is purposefully set up to cause the purchaser to order more items than the intend to and, therefore, end up being responsible for treble shipping charges.
Purchaser is NOT given the opportunity to review order before submitting payment. It is only once your order is "complete" that purchaser is made aware of being charged inflated costs.
Result: $31.96 for $17.00 of product (+$4.53 in tax)
Order Confirmed on 5:12 p.m.
We immediately attempted to correct the order by calling the company but were told that our order was not "in the system yet" and should call back after we received our order number.
The Order Number came via email sent at 5:15 p.m., same day.
We called the next morning. When we tried to rectify the order (still not even cancelling at this point), we were told that our order had "already shipped". Remember, this is less than 24 hours from the time the order was placed. But their Order Confirmation screen indicates 24-48 hours for customer service to have information on your order and 2-6 weeks for delivery.
We indicated that we wanted to cancel the order and were told that we would have to wait for the order to arrive, return it, and STILL be responsible for "processing & handling" (again, $31.96).
We asked, "So this is a scam; right?" and were told by the person on the phone, "You could call it that." We asked her name and were told "Jeannie". We asked where their business is located and she hung up on us.
