 I purchased a Motorola HX1 Endeavor Bluetooth Wireless Headset from eglobal wireless on 4/03/2010.  The website shows that I would be ordering a new Motorola HX1 Endeavor Bluetooth Wireless Headset. 

I requested a refund on 4/08/2010 and paid return shipping.  They claim to have sent a replacement (which i did not ask for), but i'm not going to be at home to refuse it.  They are listed on a few website as fraudulent which are listed below:



I just want my refund.

I sent the original one back.  This fraudulent company claims to have sent another headset.  All of my emails request a refund.  I did not ask for a replacement.  I was not at home when they claim that a replacement was sent.  Nothing was in the box.  I just wanted a refund.  Look up the company I believe that it is their policy to delay refunds.

Please Refund My Money!  Ad shows new but the item has earwax in the earpiece.  The earpiece wont pair or showup on my phone.  Its not my droid because I have other bluetooth devices that work. 
If necessary I can call my credit card company and get a refund.  I await your response.

Thanks for the opportunity to explain our side of the story. This customer was given every opportunity to return his item. As our policy states, exchanges are done free of charge, refunds are less restocking fees.

The Motorola HX1 was indeed a new headset. It comes bulk packaged as stated. Also lets review what comes with our offer,

Distributors sometimes offer discounts when large quantities of products are purchased without fancy, colorful, retail packaging. We take advantage of these opportunities to bring you the same quality, retail product at a lower price. Retail packaging is designed to look good on a store shelf and attract your attention. It frequently includes more paper, plastic and cardboard than needed.

OEM packaging is not as visually attractive but is far more economical and because OEM packaging uses less paper, plastic, ink and cardboard it creates less waste and is better for the environment.
