WARNING: I had an appalling experience with eGlobal digital. I purchased a pair of headphones that arrived broken. I emailed them and requested a RMA. After being delayed and stuffed around by their customer service they finally arranged a return.
They then emailed me and told me the broken item wasn't RMA and they would "glue them back together as a good will gesture". The headphones finally arrived today and they ARRIVED BROKEN again.
They are refusing to give me a refund and have been incredibly rude. I will never buy anything from this business again and I warn all of you to be very careful with them. Links to images of the broken item can be found below.
