 I was totally ripped off by these guys they first called me using those very annoying  robocalls messages, you know the one where you pick up your phone and you hear a message palying that you did not ask to listen to in the first place. Their message was talking about affortible healthcare insurance so I pressed one since I needed healthcare for myself and my kids. The agents over the phone promised that everything would be covered under their healthplan and that I could go see any doctor that I wanted. The reality was that these guys are not even selling healthcare plans their selling some scam discount card. I mistakenly gave them my banking account info over the phone and they withdrew 500 dollars out of my account the next day. Long story short Emerald healthcare benifits is a total scam, they are not in the healthcare business  or anything even close to that. If you get annoying robocalls from these guys report them to the FTC they are total scam artiest stealing people's money right over the phone and their located in California.
