Ordered a sample of Avlimil - spoke with my doctor who instructed me not to use the product due to my condition with migraine headaches. Tried to cancel the order and return the merchandise in full. Received another shipment 30 days later and still wish to discontinue. Will cancel total credit card if this continues.

What to do

You are on the right track. get a letter from your doctor. Call Customer Care and tell them that you have a letter form your doctor sttaing that you are not able to take the product. Get the Fax number. Fax it in. Usually takes 30 days.

OR dispute the charges with your credit crad company. They will do the fighting for you and get your money back for you. They already have histories on the company so they will most likely give you little to no resistance of crediting your account.

As for returning product. We do not take product back at all. That is the policy and they are not going to change it any time soon. the ONLY way they issue a credit is for medical reasons. DO NOT take any offer that they may offer you for ANY product. It will begin the cycle all over again.

Hope this helps you out. I am sorry that I or others can not be more helpful on the phone. We are restricted in what we are able to do. At least here, I can help you out.
