Elance Elance fraudulently closed my account Internet

Elance.com provides a service for freelancers to use to earn money.  As part of their terms and conditions, they provide specific criteria for closing an account.  My account did NOT meet those criteria.

According to the email I received from them, my account was closed for "a higher than average number of negative client experiences, leading to a satisfaction level significantly below the average."  This is not true.

My account had a 4.6 out of 5 star reputation when it was closed.  I had one poor review, one dispute which I was able to resolve with a buyer, and one dispute which I filed myself against an Elance buyer for lack of payment.  I've worked through Elance for over a year, and in that time have had many satisfied customers.

Elance won't tell me the specifics on why they closed my account, and they have no process to dispute account closure.  This is bogus.  I'm getting a lawyer.
