Elder Services Network We were contacted out of the blue by this agency promising our non-medical home care company referrals. We were interested in this and told the company we'd discuss it. After discussing it, we decided Scam, Condescending, Rude, Degrading, Bully Orlando, Florida

The information in this report is inaccurate.  

Please see the address and phone number listed for our company on this report.  We are and have always been based out of Palm Beach County.  We have never had an office (or address) in Orlando, Florida.  When I do a search on the internet for the address given on this report, I find a Home Health Agency which is not affiliated with our company in any way.  

The person submitting this report has also categorized us as an Adult Care Facility, which is also not accurate.  They have also claimed that the agent they spoke with stated that we are a large corporate company.  This is also inaccurate.  We are, in fact, a small business that offers personalized, exclusive service to elder care providers.  We are also not offering to help companies be "on the cutting edge" of anything.  

By visiting our website's Contact Us page, one can easily find our contact information.  None of our representatives are abrasive, rude, nor unreasonable.  

Additionally, the person that filed this report makes no claim that they have done business with us.  They are not in a position to recommend to others to avoid our company as they have never been a client of ours.  

It is possible that our company contacted this agency as we don't know who posted this report.  However, please note that they state that they were interested and would discuss it.  They also admit that they "searched for the phone number" and reached someone that they claim was abrasive, rude, and unreasonable.  Perhaps the number they called was the one listed above, which isn't (and has never been) one of our phone numbers.  If this is the case, it was not our company that spoke with this agency.  Perhaps someone received a wrong number and decided to play along.  

Please keep in mind that this original report is full of inaccuracies that have nothing to do with our company.  In summary, these inaccuracies include the address, phone number, size of business, and promise to be "cutting edge."  They state themselves that they did not do business with our company.
