After several conversatons and emails with Travis Boyd, Sales, I ordered 3 Electric Silhouette Mirrors at a cost of approx. $10,000.

Travis was well aware of my 2 prerequeisites:

**Product must be designed/manufactured in the USA with USA components.

**Mirror must provide back lighting as well as forward lighting for optimal make-up application without overhead/side auxiliary lighting.

Travis recommended Integrity or Silhouette mirrors because both are equal for make up application.   Based on information received I elected not to wire/install my three bathrooms while home was under construction with overhead or side lighting. 

After installation we found there was little to no forward light projection.  I called Don Jacques, COO.  Don recommended white back wall or auxillary lighting for Silhouettes.  I searched Electric Mirror website as well as my notes/emails and found nothing that suggests/recommended white back wall or auxillary lighting required for forward projection of light.

I strongly suggested Electric Mirror do the right thing and replace all of the mirrors.

In the "Spirit of Cooperation" I will relunctantly agreed to keep two fluorescent Silhouette mirrors but definitely want our 80x40 LED Silhouette mirror replaced with an LED mirror that fits my 2 requirements.  Shipping, installation to be an Electric Mirrors expense.

I sent a certfied, return receipt required to Electric Mirror on June 27, 2017 with a request reply date of 7/7/2017 and received from USPS a received a signature verifying receipt......... no reply has been received.
