EA's Origin charged the bank account with one dollar each time I attempted to purches Titanfall for PC on their cybermonday sale witch was priced at 4.99 during the sale. I attempted to purched Titanfall for PC three times, each time I entered the payment information I was greeted with an error code that informed me that my payment was declined.
This evening I was Informed that origin.com charged the bank account with three charges that were all one dollar. But i never recieved any software or any kind of product from origin.

Were the three $1 transactions actually deducted from your account and sent to EA or were they just on hold? If they're on hold, then after approximately 3 business days the hold will expire and the $3 will be back in your available money.
Possible reason for this are the info (address, etc) you put on EA website didn't match what is encoded on the card you used. If you moved and didn't update the address at your bank, EA (and a lot of other companies) will decline the transaction inhouse to try to help prevent fraud. This means the bank approved it creating the holds but that EA declined it and will not take the money.
