I ordered a flyback transformer based on their part number being the same as the manufacturer. Upon receiving the part it was not the same as the original. The body was different where it did not allow for the mounting of a critical part that slips into some channels on the body. If the outside is not the same how do I know the inside is properly wound.
I contacted them and sent the part back. They sent it back to me and will not respond to any attempts at resolving this matter.
