I recently switched to EPS as they told me the laws changed to allow for me to pass the credit card fees to the consumer. After switching I found out it was still illegal in CO. Once I found out I asked to terminate my agreement which they were unwilling to do unti I threatend a law suit. I got my first processing bill and notice that they collected double what they had said originally. They continue to take money out of my account for no reason even though they agreed to cancel my contract. This company lies and steals from you. If you are a retailer do not use this company. Be warned they are bad news.
I would urge all the people on this post to respond to me as I would like to see if we can do a class action lawsuit against this company.

I was also scammed very recently by Payment Systems Corp and "Americorp Leasing". I was promised an all inclusive rate but was really my equipment leasing rate. I was fed lies by the sales agent and unfortunately I bought into them and signed a "no-cancellation" lease for the equipment. They said that I would be saving money and really I will end up paying more. If you would like to get together on stopping this company, I'd like to team up. I am also in Colorado and we should connect.
