I subscribed to a (free) 30 day trail to elevate gf. they then charged me for a full month after i only had the free trail for a week and i didnt even use it. i called them and they told me that i only have 20 days to cancle it that its only a 20 day trail and they only make bottles for 30days.

On the web site it said 30 day free trail. they wont refund my money untill i send back my free trail so they say.ive done research on the company only to find that they have been reported for scams and frouds several of times. I was only the phone with Sammantha who is from customer service of the company and i then confonted her about the company being a froud and scam. she immedatly tried changing the subject on trying to make me a cutsomer. all i want is for my money back and everything to be canncled.

Why should someone pay full price for a free trail?

Trial Terms have Changed

AUTHOR: Raphael - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, November 26, 2013

I spoke with the company via telephone about five minutes ago and was informed that the trial terms were recently changed. Instead of being a 14-day trial, it is now a 10-day trial. I personally also noticed that the terms on the Elevate GF order page have not been updated with the length of the trial period, which definitely leaves room for questioning for lots of people looking to utilize Elevate GF's trial offer.

On my previous response, I posted the Terms and Conditions for the 14-day and 10-Day trial for informational purposes, but that policy is product-dependant since Elevate GF is also affiliated with Raspberry Ketone Fresh, Total Body Slim, amongst other products on and . The bottom line is that Elevate GF did, in fact, change their policies for their trial as per the conversation between the representative and myself and I did notify the representative as well that this needs to be updated for everyone's benefit. Even I could have been charged $87.47 without any knowledge of the 10-day trial.

Lastly, I must say that the company *can* extend the trial, but you do need to call at most on the 9th day to insure you are not charged the full retail price.

Thank you for taking heed of this. I am a long-standing customer and I am just as concerned as anyone else about these policy changes.

As a customer for nine months, I am going to be straight with you and anyone else looking to purchase Elevate GF. This company is at no fault for customers who fail to read copiously through the terms and conditions, which I will copy and paste below as these have been updated.

14 Day and 10 day Trial Terms:

Prices for shipping and merchandise vary by product. Please see specific details in the terms located on the individual product pages. By ordering a trial you will be sent a 30 day supply of the product and charged only for shipping ($1.95 - $9.95 depending on product). If you feel the product is not for you, cancel within 14 days from the order date if you purchased a 14 day trial, or within 10 days if you purchased a 10 day trial, to avoid the full purchase price ($49.95 - $169.99 depending on product) and enrollment in the auto-shipment program which sends you a month supply every 30 days and charges the same purchase price (shipping is free for all auto-ship orders). To cancel anytime simply call 1-866-296-3272 to receive an RMA and return any unused portion to us within 30 days. Any charges will appear as Elevate GF on your credit card statement.

Conclusively and with all respect, this person who is complaining did not bother to look through the above small paragraph (which is simple enough to understand and is readily available on the site) and simply inputed credit card information cluelessly. I can assure the general public, as a long-time customer, that the product works but requires time to fully function. 99.9% of those who have "reported" Elevate GF swindling did not do thorough-enough research. Those who say the product does not work as promised, well...they simply weren't interested.
