Elgin Toyota Lying about Financing multiple times, breech in contract Elgin Illinois

My family has purchased 5 cars from Elgin Toyota. I own my car which I financed and paid off through Elgin Toyota. My fiance and i went in to see about him financing a car so we can have 2 vehicles. Both of our credit isnt that great, but i have 2 paid off cars on my credit that never missed or had a late payment. We spent 9 hours at this place. After finding a used car with an EXTREMELY high interest rate and high monthly payments, we signed all of the papers (me as a co-signer) and were off with our car. About 2 weeks later they called and said we needed to bring the car back within 24 hours because my dad called 2 years ago and told them he wanted my name off my care because i was irresponsible (which was financed through them) and they had a "red flag" on my name. My father then called them and asked why they would say this because my name was never taken off and he never stated that, and they told him that they didnt tell us that. So, we asked again wy they let us leave the lot with the car after approving everything and making a deal, and they told us in the state of IL they can "spot" us a car and it is in our paperwork. They then said we needed a different co-signer with good credit. My fiances mother (a para-legal) agreed to co-sign for a 6% interest rate because her credit was great. They said that was fine and she filled out the papers. They then called 2 weeks later to her and said that she needed to be ther primary holder of the car for us to keep it or he needed it back within 24 hours. (this was after they had told us that we needed a better co-signer) They changed their story 3 times, and lied multiple times to us. This is HORRIBLE business. NEVER deal with them. We are now going in to ask for the paper work that says they can take the car back.
