Elite Business Finance, LLC Request first and last months payments prior to funding. Weeks after my check cleared, daily they promise funding. They have wasted our time and money. This is a scam. They may fund some loans and I have worked with other lenders who have worked in this same way but they did fund. This company is a scam. Salt Lake City, Utah

Elite Business Finance located in Salt Lake City Utah you want to avoid.  Their web site www.elitebfinance.com makes many promises.  There are reputable lenders out there this is just not one I have found to help or do as they say.  Intially they, like others, request finacial information upon review they determine a loan amount you may be extended.  They request the first and last months payments and give assurances they will fund upon receipt.  After speaching with them and providing fincials and explaining what the money was to be used for they promised funding.  I sent the payment as requested.  Below is the latest coorspondance I have had with them.

Hi,

This has been done and you should have received it by now. This morning we were assured you would be funding the loan today. Of course this was after we requested our money back, again!　 Once again however we have believed your promises to fund the loan and have created situations where we are anxiously awaiting funding.　　

I do not know if you have ever felt scammed.　This certainly has that feeling. I send you money (for the first and last payments plus set-up fees), and you promise to send $120,000.00.　 That was the original amount requested.　 I was assured there was no problem and funding would be forwarded upon receipt of my payment and routing information.　 Of course you required preliminary financials, and ask many questions.　 However after completion of that we were assured funds within 48 hours.　 We waited, and waited, and waited, as our funds had cleared the bank immediately.　 As of this morning, we were assured funding was coming today.　 Wow, this time it is $200,000.00, you are paying off the other loan we were forced to get because you failed to fund $120,000.00 as promised.　 You are so merciful now you will increase our loan amount, with that release us from the other loan, and set us up on payments as so we can have this repaid within a year. We have really found the real deal.  Great Finally.

Now, after making absolute promise funds would arrive today, we have waited assured venders all was well.　 Then you request another P&L and Balance sheet.　This is the third or fourth time you have requested these.　 So diligent as we are, we send immediately form our accounting software.　 All information is accurate as to what is entered to date.　　 Then we wait, and wait, call and call, of course no answer ( unlike when you call us, someone answers and responds), now 4:30 PM no funds, no answer, no return call.  Are you sure you are not in jail in some North African country?　 This feels very much like you may be.　

Dont let this be you .  Stay away from this company.  Their promises are mute.  During this time I have waited, I was able to find funding and my situation is not dependant on their financing; however, they have cost me not only the first and last payment, but time.  I cannot beleive people allow themselves to feel good working for a con business.
