This company prints and distributes calendars, posters, and various types of merchandise for models in the U.S., as well as adult merchandise from what I've heard. I was given a pretty basic contract from this company, and everything seemed legit and sounded great. I was promised events, where I would be reimbursed for travel and expenses, to do signings for my calendar and merchandise and to meet fans. Everytime there was supposed to be an event, it was "cancelled", or the owner Richard Dayson would give me the run around about when I would be booked to go to the events. I know another model and the photographer who were scammed out of $ as well. I paid him $85 to have my friend's company's advertisement in my calendar, and I paid $50/$150 to have my bio page reprinted to have a credit added. I also paid for a few posters that I gifted to fans. All paid via paypal.

Once I did the photoshoots, which included hundreds of dollars of wardrobe at my expense, hair, make-up, styling and over 16 hours of non-stop shooting to get the photos in on-time, then I was given a deadline for when my calendars would get to me for my calendar release party. This date was Nov 29, 2013. I received two shipments of posters fairly quickly, which I still have, and an envelope with two promotional pens. He supposedly shipped an order of pens out prior to that, but I never got them.

I had a calendar release party set up two to three months in advance of the actual date, and was discussing this with the owner on almost a daily basis, as well as working with his graphic designer on when the events were because they were making me flyers. The week of my calendar release party comes and I don't have my calendars & I start getting the run around. People who spent money and had monies deducted from their account had not received their merchandise either. Once I began questioning the owner he became very defensive and started lying to me about when the calendars would get to me. Then, he also started telling me how it was my fault that they weren't here on-time. When I brought up the experience with another model from my city, he got angry and told me to to not talk about things I knew nothing about and that the model had issues and that he wasn't paying the photographer a dime for travels because he didn't like the 3 photos that were submitted to him. This company claims to have events in CA, L.A. and Hawaii, but every time it's time for an event, it's all of a sudden cancelled. One model I know bought a ticket and the event was suddenly cancelled. I was invited to the event, but didn't go because he told me the wrong date and his travel advisor never actually gave me any info on flying to Vegas. The photographer showed up, paid on his own dime to shoot for calendar models through the company, and none of the models showed up. So he had to contact his own models. He's been given the constant run around about the reimbursement for months and hasn't responded to text messages until now. Now that we are ending the contract/agreement with him he is telling the photographer that his 'business partner' will be sending funds to him for his travel expenses.

I asked for tracking numbers or some information about when my calendars shipped. I got the constant run around, "I'm out of town," "very busy time of year for us," "let me call the store in Vegas and have Martha check." Constant b.s. "Driving to Cali for an event." "The store will check the tracking # and I will send to you tonight!" I was supposed to have my calendar release party Nov 30th, and it's now December 16th and I still don't have even a tracking # because I was now told that they did me a favor of sending me 200 calendars. "Per the contract I only have to send you 200, and they're sent. (On Friday) I will send you some tomorrow regular mail, but anything faster is at your own expense." It is now Monday and I do not have calendars. All I got was a text from the owner telling me that he took 50 calendars to post office, but it will go regular mail and because of Christmas, it won't get to me until this weekend. I have an event on Thursday, in 2 days, and I do not have my calendars that people are waiting to buy or have signed.

I have over 60 texts of the owner, Richard Dayson, telling me that they were on their way, being shipped, etc. But he also acted like he thought my calendar release party was Dec. 6th, which is not true. I had several conversations via email and text regarding my release party on the 30th, and an event I was hosting for Dec. 6th that I needed calendars for. He said he shipped me 200 per the contract, but then said it was as a favor, and that after he sends out back up shipment then the company will decide whether or not they want to continue working with me. I informed him that he needed to send me the 200 as stated previously because I cannot successfully sell or promote a calendar signing event if no one, including myself, has received calendars.

I have told him every day for the past week that I still have nothing, and every day he tells me the same thing, "I'll text you tracking # when I get to the office. We have so many orders from our models here that we have to search through the entire shipping list!" Come to find out there's no tracking #, and no shipment. I finally told him to just ship me something so I have something to give to my fans at my even that is now rescheduled to Dec 19th. He is now being completely rude and saying that I have to pay for shipping or extra costs for my calendars that he was supposed to ship to me already. He is also saying that the post office told him it's too late to take the order back since I won't have them in time, and if the person in the back does their job, then they'll catch it before it goes out. Otherwise, I need to just return/refuse the box. He also said that this is a pain to deal with and that in a week my website will be removed and within 30 days my contract is up. He also text this information to the photographer.

This company is a complete rip-off and we know for a fact that they are selling merchandise in Vegas without model's knowledge or them getting their contracted percentage. He has promised for a week payment from online orders and boutique orders. Still nothing.

This company apparently works with PURE nightclubs in Dallas and in the adult entertainment, as well as big car shows in California & Vegas. They also now work overseas for their 'adult' part of the company.
