Elite doubled their bid for my move. They will show up the day of the move and claim that the original bid for the move was to low and that there is more to move then the original bid included. Of course they will state that you don't have to use their company for your move. They know full well that you have planed the move for the day they show up and they use this against you to agree to the higher charges.

They ask what day you would like your things delivered. This becomes the " 1st date available for delivery" on your contract. They delivered my stuff twenty-six days after the date they said they would. They have twenty-one working days after the " 1st date available for delivery" This is in the fine print of the contract.

However, each time I called their office after the day they were suppose to deliver I was told the truck would arrive in four days or the truck was being loaded. They had a new lie for every call I made to them. I called them a dozen times or more.

Because I was expecting delivery this held me captive to my home. It should be said that I didn't pressure anyone for a specific date. I just wanted to know when to be at home for delivery whatever date that was. There was no need for them to create the many stories they did about delays. I feel this is probably the way they do business and is their mode of operandi.

When they finally made delivery every box was crushed furnture was damaged and broken.
