Elite Operational Services Michelle Wyrick, James Wyrick Double charged for sub-par work Tallahassee Florida

 Although this has been almost a year since this incident happened, I ran across this report. Ms. Green had been a ongoing monthly client of Elite for over a year, and never complained of any bad services. Elite was hired to clean a rental property of Ms. Green and also ask pricing for painting by her mother. Now we do not paint ,but will. We also ask Ms. Green mother to get other quotes from painting companies because we normally dont paint. A day later Ms. Green mother had accepted the quote for painting. Well after starting the clean up on the rental property, with Ms. Green's mother being there and checking on the progress of the services because they were ready to start showing the property. All was well recived several text from Ms. Green mother about how well the cleaning was going. During the cleaning Ms. Green's mother aske that we purchse some items (light,bulbs,stove element) keep receipt and turn in with invoice.The painting was suppose to start right after cleaning, Ms. Green mother text and said that the church group was going to do the painting. After cleanig was done and Ms. Green called and said that the cleaning was good and paid with her card. The very next day I get a text from Ms. Green mother saying that she had to clean a toilet and her daughter should be refuned fifty dollars of the one hundred and eighty dollar clean out. I emailed Ms. Green apolgoies for what was not cleaned if something had not been, if she had some pictures (because we had already done walk through, painters and potentional renters had been in property) that we could be out the following day to clean toilet. Ms. Green stated no she wanted to be done with the matter and she still wanted the fifty dollar refund. I was so taken back by the matter and refunded the fifty dollars. A few days later Ms. Green placed a stop payment on credit card payment and told her credit card company that she never recived any services from Elite .......

After severl nasty text,email , and voice mails from Ms. Green and her mother I sent one email directing her to speak with our attorney. We never got paid from Ms. Green our credit card processor coverd our bill after sending invoice,receipts, emails, and texts from this incident. Elite has serviced many homes in the Tallahassee area, we were even nominated one of Tallahassee Top 3 Cleaning Companies in the 2016 Tally Awards. We have never we encounterd a customer liker Ms. Green and her mother. Ms. Green filed a complaint with any and all customer review sites that she could think of to make herself feel good about tis matter. It came down to her not wanting to pay this bill and for the items that was purchsed per request. The total bill was $270.00 which included $90.00 of items purchased for rental property, we also refunded the $50.00 asked although it should have not been. Clean out of rental property was $150.00 ,$25.00 for replacing bulbs and stove element. Ms. Green did not want to pay for services or items that was purahsed for her property. This incident happen in Aug of 2015 after having to send invoice,emails, receipts,and text to credit card company we got paid almost four months later, not from Ms. Green.
