ELITE PROPERTY MANAGMENT,LLC DEANA BARBER (PM) - KENNETH KOHNLE (OWNER) FRAUDULENT WEBSITE - QUESTIONABLE PRACTICES OF BUSINESS - Farmington Connecticut

This Company, Elite Property "terror" Management - cannot own up to its faults, plays games with unit owners, and fails to come through legally for owners. They allow seemingly illegal business practice. They are the worst, most unorganized, disgusting organization in this business. They prey on the ones who speak up for themselves, and retaliate by terrorizing, and harassment- using and wasting association funds. They ignore repeated requests ond/or downright refuse to produce financial documents, and are running on a nearly four year old unapproved, non-voted on budget, no association meeting for 6 years in our complex...they do not follow Roberts Rules, and have allowed private meetings, run the property without an elected legitimate board of officers.. who is writing the checks then?... it's a mystery who is approving anything. Friends are allowed to work around the property- on rotted sidewalks- AFTER unit owners fall and injure themselves..allow garbage all over the complex, and piles of fecal matter in the common areas. Their website property picture are fraudulent. If we posted pictures of our property on the website, one would think it were a joke. The units are riddled with black mold, the toxic kind... roofing was double shingled 10 years ago- causing more mold issues- raw sewage spilling out of washing machines, and are not replaced.. disgusting rotted conditions . We are not permitted to know or hear any information. And when we go in the office, we are asked to leave. We receive zero responses. No board, The Governance in completely backwards, and we want to know where our 400.00 ( soon to be 740.00) in HOA dues are going,( as they are appearing to be padding something asking for 1.3 million dollar assessment after years of neglect on their part)  as there is basically zero in the reserve. Per the first meeting in 6 years.  Strange names of unelected girlfriends ( verified ) of owners, who are contacts for billing - on our vendors... we are not allowed to see bids, not allowed to see or hear anything regarding our property. When we all walk away from our rotted dump of a complex, what are you gonna do? Right now, the way some are living in our complex, is criminal. And unethical, and also risk of injury to minors. The owner of this company, and those you are pulling into this mess, is going to have a lot of explaining to do. very soon. Elite is running us. -- WE HAVE NO BOARD !! The president literally ran away from the complex .. bailed out of this mess. We are all ready to. Good Luck Elite. You're gonna need it. 

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Nobody knows nothing, ask a question and your call gets transferred because, " I do not know the answer to that question". When your call gets transferred, you got it, you get voice mail. And your calls do not get returned. I feel sorry for the people living in the condos this "So called management company" runs. Pepper Mill Village. This property has a maintance man on it that does absolutely NOTHING!! The laundry rooms are disgusting !! They hand out fines for things that they can not prove or dont even match the possible offense.VERY VERY poor customer service!  It really seems like this company does not care what is written about it! They really do nothing to help owners or renters.If you find your self thinking about moving here think twice! The Condo association is really not much better and usally does not support owners very well

PARKVIEW SOUTH – Extremely poor customer service and won't get back to you if you are a renter!  We are renters in a condo and we received no support for a mountain of snow which hindered our ability to back out of our mandated designated spot.  The snow removal staff would pile it in a small turn area behind us.  Two months went by when I called to learn if he was going to clear it and he finally checked it out and when I called the office to learn when he would clear it, his secretary reported he said it was not an issue so he wasn't going to address it.   Meanwhile I learned that there were several other areas on the complex with the same issue and they were accommodated.  It really upset me that we were treated so poorly and had to be inconvienced most of the winter.

Something is seriously lacking here... – This company is something else, and am finding it really hard to know where to start.  I never do this, but think this is justifiable. First, they don't call you back after they send you notices about things that have to be fixed. This is misleading when they end their letters with "If you have any questions, we encourage you to call..." I need repair work done to my porch. To this day, I have no idea what needs to be done. When I scheduled a meeting with the property manager, she had stated she was going to be on the property to inspect another unit. She never showed up. Then lied about it, stating she "drove by" for that  inspection.  (Must have been a detailed inspection being performed from the car). One car entered the driveway that morning and it was my neighbor. I could go on and on, but in any case, avoid this company if you can. They're not as Elite as they appear.

Worst management possible and when I contacted the manager alocated to our property not only that avoided to talk with me but also when confronted was lying in front af the Board members. I have problems two year old waiting to be adressed and they just ignoring them.
