I feel that I really had to do this, in order for some other client not to be ripped-off!

On Monday March the 30th, 2009 I bought a lace wigs at Elite Quality Wigs on 6000 boulevard Mtropolitain Est, in Montreal, Canada. That was the beginning of a night mare. I just wasted 350$ for a crappy wig that lasted me 1 week. Yes one single week, for 400$. Wow, my whole salary wasted!

The application that Judith Louis did on me was the worst ever. This wasn't my first lace wig, so I knew that it was wrongly done. The quality of hair is the cheapest I ever seen, first you touch it smooth and silky hair, but few days later, gone! Human hair she told me.... !

So, 5 days later I called Elite Quality Wigs to tell her that I am really not happy about the price I paid in comparison of the amount the wig lasted. She seems like when the sale is done, she doesn't not care anymore about her clients. Wow, what a beautiful customer service Mrs Louis! I am surprised you are still in business today.

So, I called the Consumer Protection in Montreal (called OPC), made a complaint about her, they called her, she answered them, but pretended it never happened!
Today, I wear a beautiful lace wig, that I paid for about 700$ at one of her competitor in Montreal, Quebec. The wig they sold me is beautiful, it's not a joke! This is real human hair, not mixed. I had it for now 2 month and it's good to go for another 10 months.
Ladies, be careful about prices that are ridiculously low, you will have the same unfortunate situations as mine...I lost 400$! Let's hope she will realize what she is doing, is really bad to the black community! Is it fraud, I don't know, she didn't still my money...but almost.

Hello,

I saw this report last year and back then I knew it was a total lie but did not take time to respond but today while I was on internet I googled my company name "Elite perruque de Qualite french version of Elite quality wigs  I found the same complaint made  on (((Redacted))) website (((Redacted)))
What is funny it is the same story , only the date changed. I can 't understand how someone goes to a salon twice in a year and report same bad service.

first let s go through a few points:

1) Monday march 30th, supposely date jessica Manal came to my store is a monday, my business is not open on mondays

2)I personaly phone consumer protection office in montreal, they have no complaints registerd under my company and also as of today (((Redacted)))

3)I went through my invoice and there is no Jessica as client for the month of may 2009 and june 2010

4) Complaints filed on (((Redacted))) website is the same text used, beside the date she updated it to june 28 2010, which is a monday and we were closed  (((Redacted)))

5) she made an error on address because we moved since august 2009 to a new location, (9256 Lacordaire), it is impossible she could have come to the address mentionned

6) we believe is one of our competitor or related  which we are in court who is trying to ruin our reputation by posting lies on internet

7) same name is used on both website, jessica M, and jessica manal

8) the comment about ripping my community, I won t even bother reply....

We are asking ripoffreport as well as (((Redacted))) management to help us stop these lies by providing us these people information so we can pursue them in court.
