I bought a puppy from Elitebully.com and she died yesterday at noon. Below you will read a transmittal of what he and I have been discussing with regard to the death of my puppy. PLEASE BUYERS BEWARE!


My veterinarian performed an official NECROPSY! The veterinarian said it is a rare blood disease called DIC (genetic) that causes a thinning of the blood therefore leading to a sudden death due to drowning of the internal organs!!!!!!!!! Why have you not made contact with my veterinarian's office? YOU SHOULD READ YOUR OWN 1 YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE!!!!!!

You need to get a official Necropsy at the specialized clinic to find out the exact cause of death, not a note from your doctor that the puppy died from internal bleeding with cause of death undeternmined. Test need to be run and it has to be determined what has happened.

Has the dog eaten something that could cause this? was it an accident? Was it a genetic problem, or a birth deffect? We need to know for sure to determine futher route of action.

I am sorry to hear that. Necropsy should be requested to confirm a cause of death. It is essential to figure out why the puppy died!!!! YOU HAVE TO RUN A TEST FOR DISTEMPER !!!!!!!!!
This is something that you have been accusing me from day one and you will need to prove that.

I have tried to resolve this matter with you the best way I could, having many conversations with you, always answering and returning your phone calls and e-mails, talking to your veterinary..... I told you that I will work something out with you and was working to find a solution suitable for both of us until you went ahead and publish all over the internet false accusations that I am running a puppy mill, sold you a dog with a deadly disease, thief and liar..... You threatened my business with class action law suite..... And the worst part is that you did it the same day I asked you to send me the pictures of the dog to start looking for a new home (that I never received) and 2 days after I talked to you on the phone and told you that I will find a way to take care of it.

I was shocked, raged, threatened, disappointed and betrayed as I was looking for a new home for you dog and was willing to figure out the way to get this puppy in a new home where she will receive all the medical care she needed. It felt like you working with someone to help them, while they stab you with the knife in the back, trying to destroy something you dedicated a lot of time, love, care, money and effort to build. With only one purpose to destroy !!!! I still have a pain in my heart that there are some people out there that would be so angry and ignorent to pay any attention to the fact that I worked with you in the past by paying your medical bills ( in a good faith) but driven with only one goal to destroy and ruin businesses and lives of others.

I sympathy with your family and I am sure it very hard for you all right now. But I have a family too, that your actions caused a lot of emotional and financial damage by falsely accusing Elitebully of all those terrible things we fight against.

You could have achieve you goals by treating, demanding, destroying and accusing others before, but this is not the way to deal with me. You should have worked with me and allow me to find a solution as I tried instead of trying to destroy my business.
This is not a joke, Elitebully is a way I support my family and something we take pride in and greatly enjoy doing. After what you have done, it is personal, and I will not rest until hold you responsible for every accusation you publicly made towards me and my business. !!!!!

My suggestion to you will be start gathering all the records of up keeping the dog, and all the supplements, nutrition you have giving to her, all the health problems and treatments were given, having an Necropsy done to find out the cause of death as it will essential for your defense. Refusing to perform a necropsy will lead us to belive that the bog died due to the accident or neglect from your side.

Per my legal consular, no phone conversations will be conducted with you as I have to have a record of all the conversations.
You should receive a letter in a mail any day now

What Dmitri responded here is completely false. He is a liar!!!! He claimed that my puppy was up to date on all her vaccinations. Veterinarian notes document thoroughly each health issue that the puppy experienced as a result of his fraudulent claims. I have documented evidence from the veterinarian that Dmitri claimed to have seen and released my puppy as a healthy specimen. In fact I now have a signed statement from the veterinarian (Paul S. Carroll, DVM) stating that he never saw my puppy and that his signature was in fact forged on the "Health Certificate" that was provided to me upon arrival of my puppy. Although Dmitri claims that all puppies have at least two sets of shots not a single licensed Veterinarian saw my puppy, which leads me to believe that my puppy had never been vaccinated.

Dear Veronica, as I mentioned to you so many times in our frequent conversations and correspondence through e-mail I am sorry about the experience you have had with your bulldog. I am very disappointed that despite our numerous attempts to work things out with you and going beyond my legal obligations we made no progress and got to the point where this issue has become a personal matter for both of us. I guess it is true that they say You can't make everyone happy, no matter how much you try and I tried so hard with you.
The comments you choose to leave on the internet about our company make me very angry about how one sided, ignorant, irrational and unreasonable some people can be in this world. When you were wrongly accusing, treating and offending me over the phone it is one thing, but when you choose to publish your story basing it on somewhat fictitious facts it is whole another ball game. Your chronicle is very touchy and I sympathy with you, but there are 2 sides of the truth and I believe it is important to let others know the other Truth about this situation, mine.
For the sack of keeping it clean I promise to put my emotions and feelings a part and state pure facts to illustrate this problem. In the beginning I will write a short summery accurately address every allegation your have made towards Elitebully.com, so that others can see my replies to your claims. Then, I will publish the full version of the story as I feel it is important to address every event and accusation in great detail.
Summary of accusations with our replies:
1. When puppy came she was covered with green, nasal drainage.

- It is a common reaction for the puppies have a runny nose or diarrhea after a stress of flight or change of the environment. Customer was advised to see a veterinary, educated on the home treatment methods, and encouraged to put the puppy on immune supplements (copy of the correspondence via e-mail) Customer was very happy with the puppy but concern with running nose, that it had.

2. Following Monday I took the puppy to the vet he noticed that the green drainage was so severe he worried that it may be the start of Distemper

- To address this concern, I have talked to this doctor personally and confirmed 2 set of shots administered prior to having this puppy placed in a customer home. We agreed that it was practically impossible for a dog to get a Distemper if he/she was vaccinated. On the copy of the report faxed to me by the doctor it was noted that the temperature of the dog was normal but there was a green discharge from the nose.

3. He also noticed that the pup had a skin rush and had scabs around her neck

Bulldogs have a very high pain tolerance and puppy play rough one with another, often biting trough the skin. Skin scrub was administered by the customer's doctor to rule out any kind of infection or Demodex. THE TEST CLEARLY SHOW NO DEMODEX (mange) , something that Elitebully will also be accused of late on. (copy of the initial examination)

4. Four weeks later, the puppy start having convulsions, she wouldn't eat, she was vomiting and had diarrhea and had extreme green nasal drainage.

All the signs but discharge from the nose clearly indicate another deadly disease. The dog was diagnosed and tested positive for Parvo. (copy of the medical records from the customer's veterinary) . The tests showed clearly that puppy was sick with PARVO not a Distemper. PArvo is a deadly disease that takes 3-10 days to come up from the time of the initial exposure. It happened a month after customer had the puppy which clearly demonstrates that the puppy was exposed to it during the time in customer possession. Customer also claims seizures which has never been observed while the puppy was treated in the vet clinic, according to her doctor. Elitebully paid $800 in good faith for this treatment.

5. My puppy .. developed two cherry eyes and more recent has been diagnosed with demodex Red Mange.

If you would have done your research you would know that Cherry eyes are very common condition in bulldogs caused by the structure of their faces. Where the gland under the third eyelid protrudes and looks rather like a cherry in the corner of the eye. More than a half all the bulldogs will have them within their lifespan. It does not have any life or health risk to an animal and can be easily treated with a simple, inexpensive procedure.
Demodectic Mange (also called "Red Mange") is caused by a microscopic mite called Demodex canis. All dogs regardless of the breed, raised normally possess this mite as mites are transferred from mother to pup via cuddling during the first few days of life. Under a normal circumstances the immune system of the animal will suppress the spread of the mites. When the immune system is damaged or the dog does not get a strong nutritional support, mites take over and start reproducing. In this case, Parvo, or some other form of immune deficiency has caused this condition. It is important to remind that the puppy had a skin scrap upon arriving to the customer that clearly showed no Demodex or any other skin issues. I have called the company a week ago and they confirmed that customer never requested those immune boosters.

6. The owner promised on the phone to replace my puppy and do whatever it takes to help the sick puppy he sold me

- I have had numerous conversations and correspondence with this customer since the day one she purchased the puppy, addressing never ending concerns and allegations. I have gone above and beyond my legal responsibilities and realized that getting the puppy back from the customer to place this animal in an environment where she will be given a proper treatment to address her medical needs was the best solution for everyone. I did not promised a replacement puppy as I would never place any of our bullies in that home, a fair for both parties monetary compensation, considering all prior events, was going to be worked out.

7. Since then he has failed to reply to my e-mails, phone calls and has not returned any messages

- A number of very important events was deliberately ignored and not stated by a customer. I have asked for some time to find a new home for a puppy and current pictures to help me with that. Besides that I informed that I was out of town and need time to finalize the deal. No pictures were ever received as of this day even though claimed to be send twice. A few days later unfair messages, like the one I am writing reply to, were posted on the internet, which clearly indicated that the issue was escalated to the next level and will need to be resolved with a help of a legal consular.

8. Seller has been given me a run around as per the AKC registration papers

Going back to my records clearly indicates that customer never requested the official pedigree papers. I have received payment for a puppy and shipping and confirmation that customer rejecting an option to pay an extra $100 to obtain an official pedigree papers for the dog. Later on in our numerous correspondence I mistakenly replied in one of my e-mails that I am waiting for the papers to be processed as I always replaying to the ones who paid for them to be processed and ask about the status, but now that I got all the paperwork ready for my lawyer I can clearly see that those papers have never been requested as they have never been paid for by the customer.

9. I was forced to contact AKC with regard to this and explained to them that we (buyers) are having to pay $100 for the registration papers. They told me that it is against the law for the breeder to charge for the registration papers. . Elitebully tried to get their pups AKC registered but can't because their FCI Russian registry is not transferable.

- Once again the customer was misinformed or knowingly misrepresenting the information about the relationship with FCI and AKC even though it was clearly described in great detail in e-mails. More information on the registration papers can be found on our site http://www.elitebully.com/FCIvAKC.html In addition I would like to explain that $100 fee goes to the Russian office of RKF/FCI since most of the puppies come from elite European bloodlines. As the matter of fact the last few months I have been paying an additional $40 per puppy to process and print the registration papers since the Euro ratio to Dollar changed.

I bet every single customer that requested pedigree from us in the past and was able to transfer it to AKC with no problems will argue the claim that they are not transferable. As the matter of fact, I personally fill out and attached to every pedigree sent to our customers a form required to transfer the registration to AKC whether our customers asked for it or not. Over the years I learned that taking the time and personally filling each one of those complicated forms up for my customers is much easier than walk through the form on the phone the ones that choose to get their dogs registered with AKC as well. Those forms are very complex and responsible for an extra delay sending the papers to my customers as I have to do many of them at a time to send the pedigree papers. http://www.akc.org/pdfs/foreign.pdf

10. I am writing this because I know I am not the first that this has happened to and want this company to pay for all the damages they have caused families across the US that have taken out loan to pay for what they thought were healthy puppies..

- Absolutely true, this is not the only raging customer with Elitebully, I can confessed that after years in business and many puppies placed in good happy homes almost every month there is another gentlemen that feels I owe him a dog after his died from pneumonia one month after ineffective or wrong treatment by his vet. Necropsy clearly showed no genetic problems and could not figured out the exact cause of death, linking it to Pneumonia. I am still addressing the issue with him as well. Other than that, everybody is pleased with the dogs they got as I have made every effort possible to make my customers happy or take responsibilities in emergency situations that we may have had.

One other thing I can admit is that this is the first bulldog owner I know who took a loan to buy a bulldog. Most of the people do a proper research to learn more about the breed and realize that some of the bulldogs may require more maintenance and up keeping than others. Infinite love, affection that you get from your bully together with respect and admiration you get from others surely do not come cheap!!!!!!

Before I go any father, I believe it is necessary to clarify that the puppies listed on Elitebully do not and have never came from any Puppymill nor have they ever sold or would be sold to the breeding facilities of such a nature. Please try to understand that not having a healthy puppy does not constitute us running a puppy mill. Unless you have done it yourself, you will not understand how much time, money and effort it takes to raise each one of those puppies to make sure they grow up healthy and happy bullies. This is not just a business but a lifelong passion for some of my family members , that allow us to do something that we extremely enjoy and able to make a living while provide joy and happiness to ourselves and so many other families. If you would paid a close attention to my website you would notice that most of the puppies listed on Elitebully.com come from very strong, mega champion bloodlines. Those fathers (sires) and some mothers (dams) have travelled all over the world and won major championships. Holding several countrywide titles makes any dog, especially bulldog extremely valuable not only to the family he/she lives in but from a breeding perspective. Conditions and environment our bullies and their puppies live in are humane and loving. Claiming that puppies advertised on Elitebully come from the puppy mill is equivalent to the claims that Lamborghinis and Ferraris come from a junk yard. We have Elite quality, healthy dogs !
I am sorry you never got a chance to experience that. I wish things were different and you would be sending me many pictures of your girl growing up, as most of my other customers do. I wish you were writing me how much you like your bully and thanking me for providing such a wonderful addition to your family. This is the feedback that I get from many many families that choose to deal with Elitebully.
As an adult you would know that It is almost impossible to make everyone happy, no matter what business you are in, especially when you dedicate yourself to dealing with such a precious creation - live puppies. Any customer in their search for a puppy is looking for a totally pleasant experience. I can proudly claim that it is exactly what 99% of my customers receive. But there is 1% that are not happy with the service, or quality, or delivery time. Sometimes people would try to blame someone else for their own negligence and mistakes. There are also a few mentally and emotionally disturbed people who would make unreasonable claims and just not happy no matter what you do. You need to realize that there is only so much Elitebully can do. After doing it for a while we got a pretty good system in place to make sure things go right. But it is the things that beyond our control that I always worried about the most.
Once I send the puppy out I have no control what will happened with the little fellow. I hope that his/her new family will be smart enough to learn more about the breed before getting a puppy as they are very special dogs, I hope they will provide great loving and caring environment, I hope they will have the puppy on the best food and nutrition to ensure a proper growth. I hope a necessary precautions will be taken to nurture the little precious love ball through the adjustment period that usually follow the change of the environment and accompanied by a stress that cause the immune system to go down and make any puppy prompt to getting a small upper respiratory infection and/or diarrhea. I hope the veterinary chosen will be honest and knowledgeable in this breed providing the best and not the most profitable for his office solution to any issue. I hope that on the day of the delivery the weather will be great and the puppy will be delivered to the new home asap. I hope the pedigree papers, if requested by the customer, will get processed and delivered to me on time so that I can meet a time frame given to my customers, I hope the dog placed in a new family will live a healthy, happy long life. I hope so many things that beyond my control, I hope everything will be fine and it usually is.
But once in a while something goes wrong and causes a lot of stress, worries, frustration and money for everybody. I always deal with it the best I can, making sure people that choose to work with me are well taken care of. I fix things up and take full responsibility if I dropped the ball or if the problem clearly points to my end. If the problem happened beyond my control, I look at it from all angles and always put myself in the shoes of my customers. This is exactly what I believe I did with the circumstances surrounding your puppy.
You have purchased a puppy from us and the puppy was delivered to you with the running nose. Any doctor or a person who have previously shipped a puppy will tell you that Running nose is the most common reaction for the stress of flight or change of the environment. When a puppies come to a new home with new smells, people, internal and external environment they usually get runny nose or/and diarrhea. The other side effect of the change of the environment is weakening of an immune system caused by a stress. I do not want to make it sound dramatic or make it sound like an excuse ; it is just the time when you need to provide an extra care and precautions to a little one. On the way from the airport you got to make sure you do not have the AC blowing directly on the puppy in your car if the weather is hot outside, or a heater if it is cold outside. Stress of flight and accompanied with dramatic temperature changes can easily cause a small upper respiratory infection (catching a cold). You need to treat a puppy as you would treat an infant child and you would be in a good shape. Taking a puppy to a little kid birthday party right after a flight, is not a very good idea no matter how tempting or cool it may seems to you. And if my memory is right, that is exactly what happened.
As the matter of fact the first email you send me after receiving the puppy started with On behalf of my son and my husband, I want to thank you sincerely for helping us make this special occasion a memorable one! My son loves the puppy and the puppy him. She adjusted rather quickly and is just too cute!
Within couple of days you have taken a puppy to your veterinary and it was noted that the puppy had a running nose but normal temperature. You communicated to me your concern that it may be distemper and I properly addressed it. You must have had a bad experience before in your life because no one ever would even mention anything like that to me. Unlike Parvo, deadly viral disease, it is practically impossible for a dog to get distemper if he/she was previously vaccinated for it. I knew better that it was not a distemper and could not be since any and all puppies placed to a new home by Elitebully.com has at least 2 sets of shots.
Your doctor also did a skin scrap to make sure that scabs around the neck ( probably from playing with other puppies) is not a Dermodex or some kind of skin issue. You faxed me a form that Test for Dermodex came out negative. I have a documentation proving that!
One day, about a month later I have received a numerous phone calls and e-mails from you that the puppy is dying from distemper. You were yelling, screaming, accusing me of a lot of things and complaining that you do not have the money for this.. I volunteer to call your vet to see what is going on as I could not believe it was possible. Your doctor has explained to me that the puppy looks very sick, vomits and have severe diarrhea. Never have to deal with Distemper before, I knew that those are signs of Parvo, another deadly disease, and ask your doctor to run a test for it. Your doctor was not able to give any good prognosis of the future of this puppy but told me that the treatment for Parvo and Distemper is the same, even though the signs are very different, he mentioned to me that we are running a chance of loosing this puppy. As I hanged up the phone I called your work and wanted to see what you wanted to do. We have discussed the option of putting the puppy to sleep or treating her. Even though it was up to you to make a final call, I encouraged you to give your baby a proper treatment and see if she will climb out of this situation. Every little puppy has a soul and a heart and a few times I have to deal with extreme situations I fought for each one of them to the last moment even though I knew it will cost a lot of money and it would be cheaper just to put puppy to sleep.
I pulled out all the health records for this dog and all the correspondence with you to better see what is going on here. When the next time I called your doctor, I was told that the result of the test for Parvo came in positive. The tests showed clearly that puppy was sick with PARVO not a Distemper. Parvo is a deadly disease that takes about 3-10 days to surface from the time of the initial disposure. It happened a month after you had the puppy which clearly demonstrates that the puppy was exposed to it during the time in your possession. Any dog can get infected to this virus, puppy or adult, regardless of how many shots they have had.
At this point I already authorized the treatment of the disease at my expense as I realized from my records that you were the lady that took a loan to buy this puppy for your son and now will be faced with an expensive treatment. Your statement that Dmitri was convinced that paying $500 for a treatment was better than having to pay my full refund is completely unfair as I knew at this point that I did not have to pay neither as it was clearly not my fault, nor will it be covered by our warranty. Furthermore, I already knew that dealing with you will bring nothing but a problems and drama in my business and life. The reason I gave them my credit card to authorize the treatment is because I knew that you may not have the sufficient funds and puppy will die for sure without a treatment. Even though I was legally protected from all angles, ethically I felt a need to do something about this situation. For you to know that the total amount for the treatment of your dog for Parvo was $723 and not $500 that you claim.
I have stayed in contact with your vet during the week your puppy was under the treatment and doctor has never observed any seizures that you claimed she had prior to bringing the puppy to the clinic for treatment. Nevertheless, the puppy was saved and I was hoping we took care of the problem and I will never hear any bad news from you again. If I only knew!
About 2 months later you were calling and e-mailing me that now the puppy has a 2 Cherry eyes. You stated in your e-mails that I feel that I should not have to pay this money since I paid $2600 for what I thought would be a healthy puppy.. I understand that you do not cover cherry eyes but this is not what I would consider healthy. Besides that you were now accusing me of falsely advertising our puppies as champion sired breaking all the laws with AKC, scaring me with legal ramifications .
In my reply to you I explained that threatening me will not make me pay for up keeping and necessary medical care for your dog. I explained that I already paid $800 for something that I had no need to pay. I explained that Cherry Eye are very common to this breed due to the structure of the face and encouraged you to get a pet insurance together with keeping the puppy current on all the shots and vaccinations.

The tone of voice in an e-mails start becoming more and more aggressive and even though 5 days ago you informed me that the puppy has a positive responds to the medication and is doing well, now you were claiming that it was distemper not a parvo as it always showed all the symptoms for Distemper .
Another month after I was contacted by you with the new accusations that the dog has hot spots, and it has had Distemper (even though it was suppose to be now vaccinated at least 5 times against it). I was accused of running a puppy mill, fraud, selling sick dogs.. It was really hard to communicate at this point and my explanations that hot spots are reaction to a weakened immune system did not matter. Any Veterinary will tell you that in this situation hotspots most likely caused by a Parvo that this dog has had in the past. I explained that this could be caused by some kind of immune deficiency and there is a small chance the puppy was born with it, as I did not want any more confrontations. It was clear to me at this point that this dog has a major medical needs and I need to get it back. I suggested getting a dog back and was going to find her a new home, while work out some kind of compensation for you. I was not considering any replacement as I would never put any other of our puppies in your home. I clearly explained that I needed a current pictures of the dog and some time. You threatened to let everybody know what kind of shady operations we run and many other things.

Right after my conversation with you I called several people to start searching for a good local home where people will consider adopting this bully for free under the condition that she may have special needs. I want you to understand that I did not want to bring this bully into my home and run a chance exposing the other puppies I had at that time to something I was not sure about. Two or three days later after our last conversation and me telling you I will get the dog back I started getting harassed by you as you felt it was necessary to put the pressure on me. I tried to keep an open line of communication and I have shortly described that I am working on it, please be patient. I have also informed you that I was out of town and had limited access to Internet. I also stated that I will call your doctor to get some info about the dog to better understand her needs and informed you that I did not get the pictures you suppose to send me. As of today I still have not received any pictures, even though later on you claimed sending me 30 pictures twice.
Couple of days later, I received an e-mail that someone has left a negative write down about my company. I was shocked, furious, puzzled when I was reading all those angry and untruthful accusations that were written about our company. After all this time, effort , and money Elitebully spend to address the issue with you, going far beyond our obligations Elitebully was accused of running a puppy mill, scam, selling sick puppies, . I was in shock for a few days unable to comprehend why you would do such an irrational move after I showed willingness to get this resolved regardless of the fact that every attempt I did would follow by some unreasonable accusation.
At this time, I realized that any kind of communication with you is pointless and I will have to take you to court, as I exhausted all the communication channels.
One month later after that I was informed by you that the dog passed away at an age of 8 months. I have requested a Necropsy done asap. I also reconfirmed that regardless of the past we have had, if it will be determined that the dog died from a genetic problem you will be eligible for a replacement puppy based on our contract.
As always, it felt like you do not understand or want to understand what I was telling. It was having a hard time communicating my massage across. Instead of a full, official necropsy showing the exact cause of death I got a short paragraph from the same vet you have always taken your puppy to saying that the puppy's body indicating some sort of internal bleeding disorder . Exact cause of death was undetermined. At the same time your e-mails stated that it was determined by the vet that it is rare blood disease called DIC (genetic). My other attempts to encourage you to get a full necropsy from a specialized lab to determine if the death was due to an accident, genetic problem, birth defect or negligence so far were not answered even though it should be less than $200. I encouraged you to provide me with the solid prove that the dog has had a distemper as you were claiming from the first day you got this puppy. It is incomprehensible for me why you would not do those things as proving a necropsy results from a specialized lab that either the puppy has had a distemper or died from a genetic problem will cover you by our 1 year health guarantee!
I think I described that situation the best of my knowledge and will provide supporting documentation when needed. As you can see I have a different version of this story and I hope you will be educated enough to take it into consideration.
Despites the fact that this whole situation have raised a lot of questions in my mind regarding proper environment, necessary treatment and nutrition support to this dog, disease it was sick with and the cause of death I understand that you are my customer that has not have a positive experience with one of our puppies. I have made many attempts to resolve this situation with you but was unable so far. Instead of seeing what I am trying to accomplish and work with me you will always choose to attack and come up with new and more ridiculous accusations towards our business. I understand you doing a research and trying to understand how this business work to find as many wrong doings as you can, but there is so much you will never learn or comprehend until you get involved. I do not have time or desire to keep on explain the logistics of my business and answering hollow allegations. I do not even see the point of doing it since you do not care, as it was with AKC and FCI registrations, knowingly you still choose to publish inaccurate information. I have many customers that have requested their pedigrees over the years and were able to easily transfer their documents to AKC if they desired to do so. Not even a single one of them was ever rejected or given trouble. It is a proven fact.
When things go wrong, regardless of whose fault it was, I always try to analyze what steps were taken by me to put in to this situation in order not to repeat them in the future. Here I can see that my biggest mistake was selling you an expensive, exclusive breed, that famous to be a high maintenance, knowing you were getting a loan to buy this dog and borrowing money to pay for shipping. Any veterinary and bulldog owner can confirm that this special breed of dogs needs a special attention and maintenance which if not provided can cause some serious problems.
At this point I have given up trying to rationally deal with you personally and was forced to seek for a help from my legal counselor. Regardless of all the damage you have caused my business I hope we can work things out with the help of my lawyer. After all, you have chosen to get your puppy from Elitebully, and I am sorry that your experience was out of the ordinary.
This letter was published with the only purpose is to describe my side of the story to other current or potential customers that may have come across this information. My attorney have send you a letter informing of the proper channel of communication and instructing you what needs to be done on your end for us to move forward to a resolution of this issue.
