I am actually writing on behalf of a merchant of mine. I have been doing merchant services for years and have never came across a company as disgusting as ElitePay global.

I have a merchant who has been with me for over 6 years and has always been happy with the services I provided for them. The merchant was out of town recently and his co-worker was dumb enough to let this company in to present a highly inflatted savings estimate. The agent claims to save them over $400 a month and promised them they would not have to pay for interchange (something you cannot avoid). After looking at his "savings estimate" i showed him the rates they are trying to provide are almost double what he is currently being billed for.

By the time the merchant came back from his trip, they realized the company is trying to sign them up for a non cancellable lease of 4 years and for $415/month for a terminal that costs $300. He would have ended up paying almost $20,000 for a terminal that costs $300 by the time the lease is up. Let's not forget to mention he was a gas station and doesnt even need the terminal because everything he uses is on a computer. It would have ended up in a box in his office the whole time.

Joyce Wyche and Rob Camarata are the reps who tried signing the merchant up.

Stay away from this company and please read the agreements you sign up for. I'm glad I was able to help.

 It disgusts me that people in this industry can do this to people and be happy about it. I wake up every morning with intentions of helping each and every merchant in hopes that they will refer me more business. This moto has been working for years. I'm a firm believer that good things happen to good people, so i'd rather feel happy knowing i'm doing good for my merchants and making a small commission, than ripping people off to the point where they wish they never met me to make a killing.

 I hope this helps everyone. Please please please read your agreements!!!
