This individual filed a false statement with Paypal, Inc on their website www.Paypal.com in an attempt to obtain a reversal of a payment. When requested to retract her false statements, she failed to do so and she then the next day she filed additional defamatory statements that falsely alleged harassment.
This person clearly has a complete disregard for the law. You are proceeding at your own risk when you deal with her.
I have prepared a federal lawsuit against her captioned Mehmet vs Blackburn. You will be able to Google the complaint as I have posted it on the Internet.
