Complaint Review: Elizabeth
Elizabeth Failure to fulfill order placed and paid for 5th May/17 and failure to answer any emails sent. Also failure to contact when completed Product Satisfaction Report Internet
After placing, being billed and receiving confirmation of my order on 5th May/17 I received no further communications, having sent numerous emails to the only address that was on the confirmation order. I was sent a Customer Satisfaction Form in which I again advised them that I had not received my order. To date they continue to hold my money for the unfulfilled order. Efforts to have my bank refund my account have failed as they say that the vendor has to process the refund.
