My roomate, a female, who is very naive and desperate to buy a car, went to Elmore Toyota (without telling me) to buy a car. She found a used car, a 2012 Nissan Altima. She paid almost double what the car was worth. The cars roof is badly scratched, the rear window is badly scratched. They totally took advantage of her naitivity and desperation and outrageously overcharged her and totally ripped her off!!! I will never recommend this dealership to anyone that I know and do not recommend them to ANYONE!!!

to the 1st rebuttal who claims the value of an item is an opinion, give me a break. Blue book, Edmund TMV, and other such price books exist for a reason: to indicate fair market value for vehicles. I think you are being willfully ignorant in failing to recognize that yes, a car dealership can rip off a customer by taking advantage of them in charging an absurd price for a vehicle when the customer clearly doesn't know any better. Buyer beware? Sure. Doesn't change the fact that the dealer may have still ripped them off.

The value of merchandise is an opinion. She paid an agreed upon price for a scratched vehicle. That may be a poor decision but not a rip-off.
