This company called my home at 8:30 p.m. and promised me that they could increase my sales for my vacation rental business. They promised me several times that my home address would not be posted online. Not only was my address posted, but so were directions to my home! I told them over and over that for security reasons it was imperative that my address not be posted. I've been trying to talk to "customer service" about getting a refund. (I cancelled the next day) So far no one will return my call. I call every day and am told that I will receive a refund and a call from the "manager on duty". I've received no calls, just a lot of run around. Don't waste your time with this!

it's not our fault that you post these untrue things here
only to hurt, deceive and confuse those who read
it's not our fault you choose hide behind anonymity
and have used this forum to point fingers
it's not our fault you stole and lied, after all
you're a man of little integrity and that's truly why you were dismissed
it's not our fault you decided to turn your lies on us personally
spitefully hurting those who only work for a company you once loved
it's not our fault you're so jealous
posting these things during a time of giving and holiday cheer
it's not our fault you didn't want our friendship
we are a company full of friends, it's true
it's not our fault you are so unsuccessful
maybe if you focused on your career things would be different
it's not our fault you're paranoid, a man who believes
in crazy conspiracy theories like 9/11, UFOs and the Illuminati, maybe it's the drugs
it's not our fault your homophobic rants
are posted here for everyone to see

and find out they are untrue

that we make mistakes, that we are only human

Ask for Justin, he is the CS manager. I think he might be back from his vacation with his boyfriend Joe from the Philippines. If they are still there doing god knows what, ask for Shauna, she should be around. I know she just got married to someone that is not in their little sex group they got going on (I know its a shocker) but she would be the next in command. Don't speak to anyone else, it is a common practice to lead ex-customers on a run around to avoid refunds, at times it is your best bet to do a charge back. It will cost them more in the long run if they refuse your refund. Please make sure that your complaint is valid though, if they really did not do as agreed then move forward, but if they delivered, they deserve to be paid.
