Elraq Douglas Walker Misrepresents themselves as a private lender Murray, Kentucky

Douglas Walker and James A. Spillers Jr. present themselves as a private lender.

They will send you a contract, sign that contract and will ask for money before they go any further.

Don't send them any money!  They are not what they claim to be.  They take your money and will find a reason why it's your fault that they can't complete the deal.

In my opinion, they are scam artist.  The give people hope when they need it the most.  They pretend they will help you.  They don't, they steal from you instead.

Do not have any dealings with these people they are bad news.

I will be filing complaints against both of them with the attorney general's offices of Florida, Kentucky, Texas and Virginia.

I recommend that anyone else who has been taken by them do the same so that they can be stopped.
