This "debt collection agency", els cca, began calling my home in Dec. 2014. The automated call is a daily event. I have tried to return the call without success. No one has told me what the "past due debt" is or for whom the call is intended. These calls are extremely disconcerting as I am retired, on a fixed income and have no unresolved debt.
