Eltman,eltman&cooper, P.c. getting scamed by eltman, eltman New York New York

about one year ago i recieved a letter from eltman, eltman, cooper, informing me that i owed a debt from a credit card. i contacted them to explain that the person your looking for is not me. it took several phone calls to finally speek to an attorney, and he was very rude and nasty, as were the people answering the phone. i explained that i wasnt the person they were looking for, and gave the attorney the last numbers of my social. and the man said disregard any mailings you get. i asked dont you confirm that the person your sending threats to is the right person by further investigation? the man was irate and said if its not you then disregard it, well obviously its not me he just confirmed that .

now over a year later i get a judgement order in the mail saying they notified the sheriff to confiscate my car, and they had all the correct information. i dont know what to do, like i said last time i spoke to them they said i wasnt the guy, so why now are you seezing my car? what do they do open the phone book and send threatening letters to everyone who has the same name? i think so. i dont know what to do next, any info, would be appreciated
