EM LYNCH MARKETING & ASSOCIATES, LLC BDE ,Business Direct Enterprises, My Choice Business Services, VIPplus is their merchant account. Company sells bogus FTC licenses as a merchant account agents for a non-afilliated Registered Merchant ISO. Scottsdale, Arizona

My initial contact was with Tyler Mason 602-350-3037 who said he represented BDE  (Business Direct Enterprises) .  He stated that for 495.00 he promised me a website, and a FTC license that was established with them to setup merchant accounts. He told me that my role was to send them as many local merchant leads that I could and that they would contact and convert the merchants.  Any merchant they converted they would split with me a 2% residual on all the sales the merchant processed. This sounded great as I was looking for a way to create a residual income.

A week later I received a call from David Dalucci - 480-389-2729   310 south 4th street phoenix AZ. 85003. He stated that he was my assigned business coach and I believe represented EM LYNCH MARKETING & ASSOCIATES, LLC . He later revealed to me that he was affiliated with Vantage Card Services as the ISO that I supposedly was going to be an agent for.  He stated that the License/service I paid for only obligated them to contact 5 leads  per week but that if I paid 15000.00 for 5000 premium leads that they would be obligated for 1% absorption rate which caused them to contact more leads per day. I now suspected that I had been scammed by this group and so I called Vantage Cards Services to see how they were affiliated.

I talked to different Ty at Vantage (404-784-5095 tygh@vantagecard.com. Unfortunately,  I did not catch his last name.  He said that this group is not affiliated with Vantage Card Services, and has been scamming people for awhile by using their good name, and that they were in the process of prosecuting. He gave his email address and told me that any information that I could send him would be helpful.  I have not sent him anything as yet because I am still not sure if these groups were not conected.

On 3/1/2011 I contact Tyler Mason again and attempted to get a refund. At this point he got accusatory, and refused to issues a refund, on the bases that nothing he stated was fraudulent and that I had agreed to a recorded  “No Money Back Agreement”  for the License, Website and, Training.  As of yet I have received no licenses, no website and no training, only promises of which I believe now are fraudulent.

If more information is needed, please do not hesitate to contact me. I would hate for any other unsuspecting person(s) to get scammed by this unethical group.
