Emachines - gateway Alorica rip off dishonest, illegal business practices & mail fraud Chino California

I purchased a new emachines PC with one year warranty on 12/31/07. The computer was defective and I returned the computer to their Chino address on 1/29/07. On 3/10/07, after hundreds of emails and phone calls, emachines shipped a used defective replacement computer to me. A letter in the box from emachines explained this used replacement (and defective) now has only a 90 day warranty. I purchased a new computer with a one year warranty. Emachines uses dishonest and illegal business practices and uses US mail services to accomplish dishonest and illegal business practices. I paid for a new computer with a one year warranty and I want a new computer with one year warranty.
