to let everyone out there know3 beaware of acer usa corperation and best buys.I bought a brand new emachines computer from best buy here in pottstown pa and from day one it has been a night mare , two months after i had it the power supply blew in it when i went to emachine customer support online and talkerd to a tech i was told that i neded to send the unit in for repair i explained that the last time i did that emachines lost my computer whenthey shipped it to me , they sent it to virginia were the women there left the unit out in the rain so i told them i was declining on sending it back to them so i went and bought a power supply two months went by and it happened again so i went online again was told they need to have the unite sent back. then the computer started acting funny so i did a restore hich didnt work so i called acer america up and talk to lasandra in customer care support she told me she would send me new restore disk when i receaved themand did w3hat they said the computer still didnt work so i called her back finally sending the unite back for repair now the4y say the unit will not be fixed becuase of c**k roach es in the unit which i know for afact there aint any in the unti because i do a complete cleaning of the unit from dust and stuff no c**k roaches found the company is aripp off they will not help unless you pay for the repairs or order new parts they come up with every exscuse in the book to expiere the warranty people need to beaware not to buy any computer from this company
