11-4-04 Fulfilled one offer on each pages 1, 2 & 3 as required by them to receive free playstation 2

11-15-04 Checked website: http://incentiverewardcenter.com/redeem.htm?user_gift_id=&promo_name=
to see if offers had been verified; only listed two had been completed.

12-2-04 Checked status on website again, still said only two offers had been completed. E-mailed customer service (for the first of several attempts) and got no response.

12-22-04 Checked status of gift again, and still said one offer had not been completed. E-mailed again; no response Tried contacting them through numbers found on this website; left message...no response (big shock)

1-12-05 Contacted BMG Music Service to let them know that EmarketResearch is using their name fraudulently.

1-19-05 Contacted and filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office in Tallahasee, FL.

I'll keep posting here when new info is found out.

After leaving a voice message with "eddie" threatening to send a complaint to the attorny general, i got a call back. He wanted me to send a conformation via fax that i did join BMG, since this was the one missing from the verification page. The next day i got an e mail saying that they received my conformation and that would be packaging and sending out my gift. They mentioned that it could 3-5 weeks for this top happen (sounds like trying to buy more time to me). In the mean-time i have sent a complaint to the NC attorney general and gotten a response back form them saying that they were forwarding my complaint to the florida consumer protection office.

I'll keep posting here when i find out more....

EMarket Research Group: Located in NC...NOT in Florida

After much frustration and reading on this web site, I have realized that this company is actually located in NC. The asddress they give in FLorida is a retail UPS store (check it out on the UPS website!!). I was in the process of filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office, but now I will file one with the NC Office instead.
