EMB Management Billing scam -- Adds fees to monthly condo assessment to misrepresent it as a charge by the homeowner's association Bellevue Washington

My condo association charges a $25 late fee if you don't pay your condo dues by the 15th. EMB starting adding their own $15 fee as well but didn't tell us about it. They tried to hide it in the bill as "handling charge." The cover letter says the amount owed "includes a $25 late fee." They don't mention the handling fee because they hope you won't notice. The payment is supposed to go the the condo asociation so this is not only fraud, but theft. Also, since it's sent by US mail, it's mail fraud. They're criminals. Don't use them as property managers.
