Our realtor allowed access to our home without her presence. Next day an ugly water leak appeared. Wife (future buyer) found water leak without realtor's presence. Realtor hired unlicensed uninsured non-contractor and personal acquaintance of future buyer to clean up the water. Water reported at 2" deep throughout ground floor. Work did not stop with the water extraction. Bloomer & McCabe continued to destroy until all studs and trusses were visible on the 1st floor. Bloomer testified that his intent was to rebuild to specifications of future buyer. McCabe forged two-party check.  All evidence was provided to EMC Insurance and they failed to act and treated us as the enemy.  Don't expect EMC Insurance to be your ally on any insurance claims.
