EMC MORTGAGE COMPANY RIPOFF IRVING Texas

My father almost lost his home to EMC Mortgage Co. I have a list of names of EMC employees I've spoken with over the course of a year.

Once a Forebearance Agreement was initiated, my father was forced to pay $2,100 at a 11.00% over a 6-month period and we never received a statement during that time. He was told if he were "one" day late the Forebearance would be voided and foreclosure would take place.

Also, there were alot of "unexplained" fees in the Forebearance Agreement and no documentation was ever provided to me.

The EMC employees were very rude, threatening and aggressive to my 69-year old father. Until I ran across this website, I thought my family was the only family affected emotionally and financially by this RIPOFF company.

Please lets work together to put EMC out of business before anyone else is forced out of his home.
