EMC MORTGAGE COMPANY ripoff STRONG ARM TACTICS, RICO ACT IRVING Texas

I have been fighting with EMC Mortgage Company for 2 years. I talk to a different person every time I call. Sometimes they say that person is no longer there. They said they sent a letter from there attorney 2 years ago foreclosing on my home. A man by the name of Jeromy told me to send him $2,000 & sign papers he was overnighting to me within 24 hours or he would have the sheriffs department on my door step to put my things out & sell my home.

I have made all my payments but they never post them to my account or history. On my credit history they show 2 month R/F (foreclosure) then (N/D) no data, then 5 months of payments not posted to my account. I don't know who they use for collections but they are crooks. I'm a senior citizen & I'm mad as hell. I have made all my payment. Because they forced me to sign some bogus papers & added more money to my mortgage that I didn't owe.

I can't get my credit cleared & I can't refinance. I wonder if it would do any good to contact the states attorneys office? I also had a problem with Indy Mac Mortgage & they said I never had a loan with them or hey can't find it. I have been waitting 2 months for a response from them also.
