Emc Mortgage Corp ripoff Irving Texas

i have been with emc since 1998 i filed bankruptcy in 1998 the bankruptcy stated that i owed 19,000.00 approx. will that was dismissed on my request. then i filed again in 2001. will i took a $50,000.00 loan to payoff my bankruptcy and at that time my mortgage balance was $8,300.00 approx. by the time settlement and closing. emc had up the pay off amount to 12,400.00. the new finance co. sent them a check for $14,900.00 approx. which meant they should have refunded mey $2,500.00. when i contacted them they told me that the $2,500.00 was used for miscellaneous fee and nsf fees.

my question was what nsf fee when i have been in bankruptcy since 1998 than 2001 until now. now they are tell me that i will have to wait 90 days for them to check what the miscell. fee are. but yet they have my money. figure that.
