EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION I too am another victim of this joke of a mortgage company, Internet

After reading all the posts about EMC, I am truly scared at what is going to happen to ME now. This mortgage company is an absolute joke! My loan mod p/w was sent in Mar and I still don't have an answer to whether or not I will be approved. I have had to keep sending in info, only to be told that they cannot tell me how much longer this will take.

I just called on Wed 6-23 and s/w Patrice, who told me my file was kicked back from the intake dept once again, on the 17th, because of an internal error. I started yelling-saying that I have sent them everything they have wanted from me and she had the balls to say to me "I will not sit here and listen to you rant and rave and be abusive to me" Please note that I was not swearing at her or calling any names. That made me so mad!! I then asked for her supv. She continued to argue with me, then put me on hold making me believe I was getting to s/w a supv. WRONG!! She came back, told me she had reviewed my file, told me what was supposedly wrong, advised me again she was transferring me to a supv and all of a sudden-CLICK-no one was there. I called back a 2nd time, asking for a supv right off the bat, only to be transferred to someone else who was not a supv. I was again told that my file would be escalated to a supv to get the internal issue squared away but still never s/w a supv.

My loan was transferred to these idiots from Bear Stearns and I wish I had never refi'd into this interest only loan. My house is worth $70K less than what I owe on it, I haven't paid my mtg since March, due to a divorce and a boyfriend who wasn't working, and they just keep making things harder on me. I told them I am tired of calling in, looking for help, and that I am stressed out enough because I can't pay my mtg. Then to have them make me feel even worse by treating me like scum isn't helping. The problem is that no one is holding these lenders accountable for anything, not even our President!!!! Thank you Obama for NOT helping me keep my house.
