EMC Mortgage ripoff, not paying insurance money Not taking payments Wanting my house!! Irving Texas

After having thousands in escrow we just realized they are taking our escrow. Out of 30,000 we have 8,000 left. We were hit with a hurricane and they will NOT release monies. They said they would and we have been waiting but no check! I have heard every excuse and talked to every person but after a year....no checks to pay for repairs.

We went into foreclosure due to my husband going into ICU, they did not care and raised our payments from $881 to $1300. Also charging us misc fee's and attorneys costs, even though we have never recieved a letter from an attorney!

We have paid every month on time and they refused a payment for no reason and when we contacted them they said they are showing we are over six months late.....no way!

Whenever I ask for something in writing they say they can not do that. I get a different story no matter what Dept I call or who I talk to.

We are going to sell our home before they take anymore of our money. DO NOT use this company. You will work hard for nothing. They are con artists, liers, frauds. Run away fast.
