I have the same problem with emc mortgage company. It seems they hold my payment until it is past due. On their forms there is no phone number and they dont send a remittance slip. Who do you contact. You set up payment arrangements and they dont follow through. Something has to be done.

EMC ONLT NEEDS A CLASS ACTION FILED AGAINST THEM, AND THEN I GUARANTEE YOU THEY WILL FOLLOW THE HOEPA AND RESPA LAWS WITH NO PROBLEM.

THERE ARE A FEW OF US IN OHIO WHO ARE LOOKING FOR
OTHER OHIANS, SO THAT WE MAY FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THEM ARE YOU INTERESTED?
