EMC MORTGAGE Rip-off! Someone took 16 months of payments and put us in forclosure. Irving, Texas

We had never recieved a statement for our mortgage since it started. When confronted about this it took me to several people in the Legal Dept. and the Executive Desk, whatever that is. I was talked to like a dog by 2 of their employees, L. Roberts and H.Reynolds. They still have their jobs by the way.

This has been going on for months now trying to get this info only to find out now that I'm 16 payments behind and in forclosure even though I have a copy of every cancelled check I've sent them.I faxed these copies to them and they say they don't have them, I sent them 3 times to the fax # they gave me.

When I try and call now, I get disconnected, put on hold and then disconnected or I have to talk to a machine and my calls are never returned. Now it's going to go to court cause these people just plain out STOLE 16 months of payments and have been out there taking pictures of my property. They need to be shut down - all of them.
