my mortgage co sold our loan to emc. due to the fact that my husband is in the military we fell behind 2 payments. i spoke with emc and they said they would arrange payment plan. i tried repeatedly to reach them after that and couldn't.

i had no where to send my payments! i am trying to sell my home now before they forclose and they refuse to give me or my attorny my payoff imformation. how can a company be allowed to do this. and by the looks of this site , they do it repeatedly. they need to be stopped.
